- Mr. GP Reddy, Director of Adhyapak Junior College, is a distinguished alumnus of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA). His entrepreneurial journey began in 2001 with the establishment of Vidyarthi Model School in Konda Moodu Village near Piduguralla. The school's success was marked by a student achieving state-first with 585 marks in 2003-2004.
- Building on this momentum, Mr. Reddy expanded his educational endeavors by founding Scholar School and College, which has grown to accommodate over 5,000 students. The institution has consistently produced top-ranking students, including an intermediate first-place winner in 2015 and another in 2018.
- In 2018, Mr. Reddy also launched Shastra Junior College, a residential campus in Vijayawada, which now boasts an enrollment of 1,400+ students.
